An abode in the Big Apple... (2)

Would you like to live in a place where
-There's no internet and no hope of getting it for at least a week (err, 7 days, that sounds more devastating)
-There's nothing to sit on
-Worse, there's nothing to sleep on
-In the middle of night you wake up coz you are thirsty only to find that there's no glass to drink water.

Believe me, I'm in love with that place coz that's my new apartment! :)

Of course, I've fixed a few of the above problems. But really, having your own place (OK, not owned, but your *own*) is a whole different experience. Never in my life had I thought that I would go out and get pans, bins, spoons and all those small things with so much enthusiasm.

Boy, what fun it is to buy even the first lamp!
